Jonathan Kessler has more than 15 years of management experience with numerous technology companies and general business enterprises. Prior to founding Hand Eye, he served in a number of leadership roles in across the technology and financial services industries. At DCTI, Kessler was VP of Technology and Business Development, negotiating and closing contracts with OverStock.com and Expedia.com. Kessler was also VP of International Trading Systems at Smith Barney International, Asia. Additionally, Kessler is an angel investor and advisor to start up companies, including GetThere.com and Camino Networks. GetThere.com, a leading provider of business travel solutions to Fortune 500 companies, went public in 1999 (NASDAQ:GTHR) and was acquired in 2000 by Sabre Holdings Corporation (NYSE:TSG) for $757 million. Camino Networks, a VOIP software provider, was acquired by eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) in 2006 for $27 million, less than one year after the company was founded.
Mr. Kessler holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He has also received his NASD Series 7 Stock Brokers License. |

Boris Ralchenko has more than 15 years of experience in software development, system design and implementation. With a proven ability to design software-driven systems from the ground-up, Ralchenko has among other accomplishments, developed a fully automated system for video testing and calibration. Ultimately, Ralchenko’s systems were purchased by numerous standards organizations and militaries worldwide. Subsequently, Mr. Ralchenko led development efforts on the “UltraSim” – an ultrasound simulator for prominent manufacturers such as ATL and HP. Most recently, while at Chipworks, he designed and developed image acquisition systems. These systems are based on Scanning Electronic Microscopes and are capable of creating high precision mosaics of tens of thousands of single images. Ralchenko’s system is regarded as the most effective system of its type in the world.
Mr. Ralchenko holds an M.Sc in Applied Math (1991) and a B.Sc in Computer Sciences (1989), both from Kiev State University, Ukraine. |
Mitchell Edwards is the CFO and General Counsel of BitTorrent, Inc. Mitchell has over 20 years of high-tech executive management, finance, legal and transactional experience. Prior to joining BitTorrent, he has served as a senior executive and board member of numerous emerging growth high-tech companies, a private equity fund, and was a partner of a major international law firm. His experience includes serving as CFO and GC of Groxis, Inc., VFC Technologies, Ikano Communications, and Digital Courier Technologies. Mitchell was also a Partner at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in Los Angeles and San Francisco, where he specialized in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions for high-tech companies, and structured, negotiated and oversaw dozens of initial public offerings and venture capital financings. Other experience includes positions at Shearman & Sterling, at the White House, and at the United States Supreme Court.
Mitchell earned a J.D. from Stanford Law School, a B.A./M.A. from Oxford University and a B.A. from Brigham Young University in Economics.

Richard Wolfe is president of Hi-Vision America, Inc., an HDTV consulting firm. Mr. Wolfe is also a board member of the LA chapter of the Association of Satellite Professionals, and past vice chairman of the Engineering Committee of the Association of Maximum Service Television, (MSTV) in Washington, DC. He is also a shareholder and board chairman of a satellite transmission company, FIBER/SAT Global Services; a shareholder and board member of Broadway Television Network, Inc., and a shareholder and board member of Sensiva, Inc.
Mr. Wolfe was instrumental in initiating the first American 1125/60 HDTV terrestrial transmission tests in January 1987 of the NHK MUSE HDTV system in Washington, DC, in cooperation with the Federal Communications Commission and the US Congress. He also served as VP of Engineering and Video Technology for the 20th Century Fox Film Corporation, and VP of Operations and Engineering for Premiere, the national satellite delivered pay-TV service jointly operated by Columbia Pictures; 20th Century Fox; Universal-MCA; Paramount Pictures and the Getty Oil Co. Wolfe was also President of WBNS-TV in Columbus, Ohio; WTHR-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana and WBNS-AM and FM in Columbus, Ohio.
He holds a BSE from Ohio State and an MBA from Harvard.
